We strive to ensure that every customer is happy with their purchase. If you are unsatisfied, we’re happy to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Returns
You can return unwanted or defective non-personal care items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Some health or personal care items may not be returned.
To start a return, please get in touch with us at stella@luminaralab.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. You must obtain an RMA number before sending anything back.
Once we receive the item(s) back in its original, resalable condition, we will process a refund for the purchase price, tax, and original shipping costs.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Gift certificates cannot be returned.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.
For orders shipped via USPS, please allow 10-15 business days from the expected delivery date before requesting a refund or replacement for non-delivered items, as there can sometimes be delays and premature delivery confirmations with USPS updating tracking information.
Sale/Clearance Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale/clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless received defective or damaged.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we’re happy to exchange unworn, unwashed, non-personal care merchandise within 30 days of delivery. To start an exchange, email us at stella@luminaralab.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method.
